Terms for Eva Solo CollegeEnrolment as Eva Solo College userWhen enrolling Eva Solo College users, a distinction is made between full-time and part-time employees. Full-time employees can use the points they earn at Eva Solo College in the Eva Solo webshop. As a part-time employee, you earn points, but the points are not activated in the webshop. In other words, you are unable to use your points. However, you can participate in competitions and other activities on an equal footing with all other College users.The Eva Solo consultant in your district will enrol you as an Eva Solo College user. So have a chat with the consultant to see whether you qualify for enrolment.If you cease to be employed by a shop in the business, please inform Eva Solo A/S, and together we will settle your account. If your points are not used within 6 months of your employment being terminated, the points will lapse. Good College practiceYour Eva Solo College profile is personal. Only you have access to the profile, and therefore ONLY you can earn points. You must not let anyone else use your login and password. We reserve the right to pursue the matter if we discover that other people have been using your personal login and password, or if you are otherwise abusing the webshop. Improper use will result in your profile being closed and your points being revoked. Using pointsThe points that you earn must be used via the Eva Solo webshop. You must shop for min. DKK 1,500 before the goods are shipped. Goods are normally shipped within 2-5 days. Due to the extremely high level of activity in December, we reserve the right to prioritise deliveries to the retail trade So, if you use your Eva Solo College points in December, delivery times may be longer than normal. The items will be sent to the address which was provided when you enrolled. Your earned points must be used within 24 months, after which they expire. CopyrightAll text, video and content belong to Eva Solo A/S, and are only for use at Eva Solo College. They must not be used anywhere else without prior permission from Eva Solo A/S. Misuse will result in legal action being taken. Receiving emailsInformation about new activities at Eva Solo CollegeWhen creating an Eva Solo College profile, you can give Eva Solo A/S permission to send information to your inbox when there are new exams, competitions and other information about Eva Solo College activities. All your details and your email address will remain with us and will not be passed on to third parties. The information is stored securely, and without identification for anyone other than Eva Solo A/S. All information is processed in accordance with good data processing practices.If, in future, you no longer wish to receive emails with information about activities at Eva Solo College, contact Eva Solo Customer Service at college@evasolo.com.NewsletterIn connection with being enrolled as a user at Eva Solo College, you can also give Eva Solo A/S permission to send you email newsletters.
